For children entitled to 30 hours free childcare

The Nursery sessions are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.

Parents may also opt for our Breakfast and After-School club packages.

Book Bags

Children are given a new story book along with their homework book every week. Book bags are given out each Friday. We ask that Book Bags are returned at the latest by the following Wednesday.

Snack

We kindly ask for £1 a week for your child’s snack in school. Our snack menu varies on a two-week rota. This may be paid in an envelope with your child’s name on and can be paid either in advance or week to week.

Water Bottles

Children may bring a water bottle into school with them each day. Please ensure your child’s name is on their water bottle and that it is filled with only water.

P.E.

Nursery’s P.E slot is on a Monday morning.

Please ensure your child comes into school wearing their school P.E kit on this day each week.

Nursery Overview 2020-2021

Throughout the year, we plan many of our activities around the children’s interests so topics may change based on this. Aspects of the seven areas of learning are covered within our topics as we work towards the Early Learning Goals. For more information on the areas of learning, please see the EYFS page on our website.

Nursery Curriculum Overview

Safeguarding

To ensure your child’s safety, there will be a member of staff on the door at the beginning and end of our sessions.

If you need to speak to a member of staff, please contact the class teacher via class dojo.

We ask parents to inform us if anybody new to us will be collecting your child and to ensure that they have your child’s password.

Thank you in advance for your continued support throughout the year!
